Girls can code, create, and conquer
In October 2024, the Women in Science and Engineering Empowerment Program (WISEEP) hosted GirlsĀ Can Code, Create, and Conquer, a transformative event designed to inspire and equip young girls with the confidence, knowledge, and skills to pursue careers in STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics.
Held across participating schools, the program sparked a wave of enthusiasm among students. Through engaging workshops and motivational sessions, girls were introduced to the possibilities within science and engineering fields. Many shared how the program helped them discover their interests, build confidence, and set clear academic and career goals.
Students expressed how STEM encouraged her to dream big and believe in her potential:
“STEM taught me to be proud of who I am, and that I can achieve anything I set my mind to.”
Another shared:
“The program helped me understand what I want to become and inspired me to do better in math and science.”
From hands-on learning in technology to guidance on developing life skills and research talents, GirlsĀ Can Code, Create, and Conquer left a lasting impact. Students walked away with a renewed mindset, empowered to rise, lead, and build a future where their dreams are valid and achievable.
WISEEP remains committed to creating spaces where girls feel seen, heard, and equipped to soar in the world of STEM.
